Description: Benylin Day & Night Tablets are specifically formulated to provide relief from the symptoms associated with cold and flu, such as nasal or sinus congestion, headache, fever, and pain. The tablets contain a combination of active ingredients that target different symptoms. Diphenhydramine helps relieve a runny nose, pseudoephedrine reduces nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels, and paracetamol helps reduce fever and alleviate headaches and body aches. How to use: The recommended dosage for adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 years and over is as follows: Day: Take 1 white tablet every 4-6 hours, up to 3 times a day. Take one tablet in the morning, one at mid-day, and one in the afternoon. Night: Take 1 blue tablet at night. It is important not to exceed 3 white tablets in a day and to take only 1 tablet at a time and only at the designated times of day. The night time tablets should not be taken during the day. These tablets are not suitable for children under 12 years of age. If symptoms persist or worsen, it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist.
